A public Meeting was held on October 3, 2002 at the American Legion Post 423 in Masontown to introduce the preliminary design phase of the proposed roadway improvements associated with S.R. 0021, Section C10 to the community.  The public was invited to express their concerns, offer input, and direct questions to the project team.  A total of 27 residents attended the Public Meeting.

Additional Public Meetings are planned in the future to keep the public informed as the project progresses.
