  • Final design began in 2006.
  • Public Meeting #3 was held on May 6, 2010.
  • Plans and specifications will be ready for bid in late 2010.
  • The earliest that construction would begin is 2011 (if funding is obtained).

All dates listed herein are tentative and subject to change as the design, right of way acquisition and construction process proceeds. No property should be considered acquired until the filing of a declaration of taking or the conclusion of a sale in lieu of condemnation.
